A conceptual flotation circuit for fine coal processing based on combination of the tree analysis and kinetic data

In this research study, we focus on the tree test results as well first-order kinetic model to evaluate flotation data propose a conceptual design of circuit for specific coal sample. Results from showed it was possible achieve product with ash content less than 10% 8% combustible recovery and indicated sample, obtain low – condition. Kinetic some streams had same constant, so could combine similar rates according configuration aspects. The proposed includes stages (1- rougher, 2- rougher -scavenger, 3- cleaner, 4- cleaner 5-recleaner) recleaner concentrate final -scavenger tailings also tailing. It is worth noting design, validation larger scale obtainment optimized crucial.
